Benefit Payment Dates

TRSL makes benefit payments available for deposit into your checking or savings account on the first day of the month.

Please note, when the first falls on a weekend or holiday, your financial institution may not post it to your account until the next business day. (Direct deposits cannot be processed on a weekend or federal holiday because these are non-banking days for the Federal Reserve Bank.)

Every institution handles this situation differently, so if you need information regarding the posting of your TRSL benefit, please contact your financial organization.
 
In 2025, the benefit payment date in the following months falls on a weekend: 

• January 1st: Saturday
• February 1st: Saturday
• March 1st: Sunday
• June 1st: Sunday
• November 1st: Saturday
